Shipping & Returns Information
At Hand Rugs, we take pride in delivering authentic, handmade Moroccan craftsmanship directly from our artisans to your home. Every piece is crafted with care and respect for traditional Berber techniques, and we ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time.
Dispatch & Production
All our products are handmade in Morocco by skilled Berber women artisans. As part of our cooperative based in Khenifra, each piece is woven with precision and patience.
Because every rug, pouf, and blanket is made to order, production time varies depending on the item:
- Rugs: Handwoven rugs require up to 6 weeks to complete.
- Poufs: Typically finished within 3–5 days.
- Blankets: Usually ready within the same 3–5 day timeframe as poufs.
Once your order is ready, it is carefully packaged and dispatched from Morocco.
Shipping Duration
Shipping times depend on your location and the courier service used.
After dispatch, expect your order to arrive within:
- 7–10 business days for most international deliveries.
Please note: Customs inspections or local carrier delays may affect delivery times, especially during peak seasons.
Free Worldwide Shipping
We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping to a selection of countries.
During checkout, you can confirm whether your destination is eligible for free delivery.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent returns process.
Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, after 30 days, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
Refunds & Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
