We process all orders from Monday to Friday, within an average of 48 hours.
Since every rug is unique, shipping costs may vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Delivery Times
- DHL Express
- Europe & USA: 2–3 business days
- Rest of the world: 3–7 business days
- Chronopost
- Europe: 10–15 business days
Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a detailed summary of your purchase and your invoice.
Within 48 hours, we will provide you with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package directly on the DHL platform.
You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging into your customer account on our website.
Taxes & Customs Fees
For all shipments, taxes and customs duties are included in the price. There will be no extra charges upon delivery—simply enjoy your beautiful handcrafted rug.

Returns & Refunds
At Hand Rugs, customer satisfaction and our love for handcrafted products are our top priorities.
- You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the delivery date to request a return.
- You will be fully refunded for your purchase, including initial shipping fees.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the items received are damaged or incorrect.
